Service Description

Each Class is 2 Sessions: SESSION ONE: INDOOR CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION (Please bring a pen and notepad) 1. How to hold a firearm 2. Loading ammo into a magazine 3. Cleaning a firearm 4. Storing and transporting a firearm 5. Gun safety in the presence of others 6. Picking the right handgun 7. The difference between a semi-auto pistol and a revolver 8. The difference between a rifle and a shotgun 9. Correct shooting stance SESSION TWO: OUTDOOR RANGE INSTRUCTION • Students may bring their own firearm and ammo. • If a student does not have a firearm, there will be other options available. • Ear and eye protection provided. KEY POINTERS: Required Clothing: • For safety reasons, good footwear is ESSENTIAL; closed toe shoes or boots. Traction is important, especially on grass, dirt, or in the mud. • Pants or jean with belt loops for a holster • T-shirts, or long sleeves. Please no V-neck tops. • Baseball cap or hat with a brim • Sunscreen • Bug repellent (Optional) Please bring water. Hydration is very important. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF SCHEDULED START TIME!
